2/8/10 WL Update

Today I went and brought a digital scale from walmart and also a waist trimmer belt.

Ok, on 2/6 I took my Adipex pill, did not eat anything, and did 35 minutes (1.501 dist & 246 cal) on the treadmill plus 1053 (150 cal) on the air climber.

I took my pill as usual. But, I was very upset with myself this day. I'm from Louisiana and right now its crawfish season and yes I'm a crawfish junkie lol. So, I kept smelling that seasoning and just couldn't resist. I've also heard that crawfish isn't so fattening. But, I ended up eating some crawfish. Then on top of that, my mother had barbequed, so yes I ended up eating some barbeque. I ate a piece of chicken and patty, some baked beans and a about a scoop of macaroni. But, I still did my 30  minutes on the treadmill (1.198 dist & 200 cal) plus my 1053 (150 cal).

Since I ate this day, I will do an extra set of exercising before Thursday.

Took pill, did 30 minutes on the treadmill (1.211 dist & 201 cal) plus my 1050 (150 cal) steps on the air climber.


My personal weigh ins will be every Thursday. But, this week it will be hard for me to tell how much I have actually lost. The regular scale I got on it seems like its off. So, I went and brought a digital scale today from walmart and its giving me different numbers. So, I will let this Thursday be the start of me tracking my own weight and my official first weigh in will be next Thursday.
