Ok, I'm still dieting and things have been going pretty well with the exception of me eating (lol):
-grits, eggs, sausage one morning
-slice of cake, 3 meatballs & 5 sliced sausages....it was for my sons birthday
-2 small pieces of fish & a few crawfish
-slice of pizza
-some cooked okra
And after I ate, I felt so miserable because I felt like I was doing so good and I had to work extra hard to try and get some of those calories off. But, it also wasn't so bad because other days I didn't eat so it may have balanced out a tad bit.
Anyway, I am going back to trying not to eat anything. I've noticed my body still hasn't fully adjusted to resisting food. When I eat one thing, it makes me crave for something else. So, until my body is fully committed I don't think I need to be eating anything heavy.
Here is an update on my stats first:

Now, remember when I first went to the clinic, their scale was showed 283lbs. So, a couple days after starting my diet, I went and bought a digital scale. When I stepped on my digital scale for a start number, it showed 273lbs.
I weigh myself every Thursday and my goal is to lose at least 5 pounds per week.
So, like 3 or 4 days later after that, my first personal weigh in was on 2/11 and it was 268lbs. My goal for that following week was to reach 263lbs.
My second weigh in was on 2/18 and it was 262lbs but that same day I ate something so it was 263lbs. So, I did meet my goal. For next week, my goal is 257lbs.
I have like 10 days left until I go back to the clinic on March 3. It would be nice if I could get down to 250 before my appointment, but I don't think that will happen but I hope I get close.
Oh and on Tuesday, I have a 4 hour test to take so I will definitely have to eat something that morning so my stomach doesn't be growling lol. I'll probably eat a bowl of cereal thats it. That'll be the only day I eat.
So far thats the update on everything.
