February 24th Update

Well, tomorrow is Thursday.....yeah another weigh in. I am so upset with myself because I don't think I will meet my weekly goal tomorrow, which is 5lbs per week. Just Monday, when I weighed myself I was at 261. So, I went to go take the GRE test on yesterday and I ate a small bowl of cereal that morning so my stomach wouldn't be growling lol. Well, when I got home and got on the scale, it was at 262. That made me very upset, so I started working a little extra hard, which I am very proud of myself for increasing my workout a bit.But, the biggest thing I need to stop doing is constantly getting on the scale and just get on the scale for my weigh in. So, I'm trying and haven't been on the scale since yesterday before my workout.

Anyway, here are my stats:

Yes, I walked 3 miles on the treadmill yesterday and today. It took a lot for me to push myself to do it, but I'm very happy that I did.

I'm guessing my weight will be at 258 or 259 tomorrow, which means I will have to work extra extra hard for the following week and especially with next Wednesday being my 1st Weight appointment at the clinic. I was really hoping I could get down to at least 250 before my appointment but I'll be happy at 255. And I'm also worried that the weight difference at the clinic will be different than what I'm scaling at home. I hope the scales aren't that much big of a difference. I mean I'm showing 262 but when I go to the clinic will their scale read 270 or something??? I hope not.
