February has come to an end. I must say that since starting this diet on the 4th of this month, I really feel good about myself right now. Although, I don't know the official number of how much weight I have lost so far or whether I achieved my weight goal for this month, but I do know that I did lose some. I'm also proud of how motivated I have been throughout the process, even though I slipped only a few times, but I got right back up and on track. And I also must admit that it has been really really hard too. When going places, I have to stop to McDonalds and get the kids something to eat. But, I maintained not one time did I order me some food from a fast food place. Yayyy me!!!! I also haven't been drinking cold drinks nor eating snacks. Yayyy me again!!! I just pray and hope I can keep it up throughout my journey of losing weight.

I'm also happy with the way I've been exercising. I've noticed that I started off a little slow and now I have increased things up a bit. I guess because I am getting use to exercising. I just need to find a way to exercise the top portion of my body....haven't decided what to do yet.
I guess I'll call it a night!!!
