1st Doctor visit WEIGH IN (for FEBRUARY)

So, I went to my appointment today at the Weight Loss Doctor. Yeah I was very very nervous because I didn't know what their scale was going to read. The first time I went there I was weighing 283lbs. So, you all know I said my goal is to lose at least 20 pounds per month. So, I got on the scale and it read............

283lbs =====> 254lbs

I lost a total of 29lbs in like    
24-26 days. I have 89lbs left to lose. 



I think when you are first getting started with losing weight, that the first month be the hardest, but at the same time, I think maybe the first month will be the month you will lose the most pounds. I don't know I'm just guessing....but we shall see.

I am soooooo happy and the doctor was like, this can't be right & he told me to keep up the good work. My next appointment is on March 31st at 2:15.

So, since I achieved my 1st goal, I said I was going to treat myself. So, I went and bought me some boiled crawfish, which I had been craving, and I also ate a slice of ice cream cake for my cousin birthday today. & I also had a Dr.Pepper too. This will be the first and last time I reward myself like that again lol. Now, I have to work even extra hard this week to get rid of those calories lol.

Oh and as soon as I got home, I got on my scale and it also read 254lbs. So, my scale and the doctor scale numbers aren't different. I'm glad of that.

I'm now trying to decide whether I want to start weighing myself on Sunday or just do it on Wednesdays since it seem like everytime the doctor give me an appointment its on a Wednesday. I think I'mma just go with Wednesday. So, my WEIGH INS will be every Wednesday from now on. I have 4 weeks (28 days) left to lose 20lbs for this month. I hope I am successful.....at least I will try to be!!!!!!


Oh & I also need to work on updating my WeightLoss Goals & Weigh Ins link.........plus I'll update my stats tomorrow because I haven't walked away the pounds yet lol nor got on the air climber...yes it's almost 12:00am and I'm about to finish up with my exercises. I don't feel like it but I have to considering all that I ate today.

So Tired

I'm very tired. I have been ripping and running all day today. So, I had to force myself to exercise tonight. I thought I was going to pass out on the treadmill. Those last 5-10 minutes on the treadmill was the hardest but I made it.

Well, tomorrow is March 3, my first official Weigh In at the clinic. I'm very nervous for some reason. My monthly goal is to lose at least 20 pounds every month. I know sometimes my scale read different, so I am praying that I did at least lose 20 pounds. Once I get the number from the clinic, I will weigh myself at home to see the difference in the numbers. But, I don't see no difference in my appearance nor do I feel different or like I have lost weight. Ugh!!!! I'm so nervous, but I'll report back tomorrow with my Weigh In :(
