3am and I'm still up

Well for some reason I am still up at 3am.  I usually don't go to bed early anyway.
Earlier I had weighed myself on the scale and it was at 255lbs. I did it like four times and it still showed the same number but I know my scale be tripping at times. So, about an hour later I did it and it showed 257lbs. I soooo hate this scale. But, I really have to stop weighing myself throughout the week. I won't get on the scale anymore until my weigh in days. Pinky promise hopefully lol.

Here is my stat for today (well yesterday lol):

and I also did for the first time, 3 miles with Walk Away the Pounds dvd

Since I knew my mom had bought the Walk away the Pounds dvd months ago, I asked her for it and decided to give it a try. I don't know if it actually works or helps out, but I'mma give it a try for a while and see. I don't know if I will actually stick with it though.

As you all might know or if I haven't told you all, I really really hate water. So, I am trying to make myself drink more and more water.  If I drink just a glass a day, I'm happy because I never drink water which is not good. It makes my stomach hurt and I feel full. But, I do notice that soon as I finish exercising, I don't have any problems drinking water. I actually be wanting a taste of it.

Oh & I guess you see that I updated the look on the blog finally. I'll be adding some more stuff and will probably change the look again later on. But, for now this will do.

Well, I guess I'll try and go to sleep now!!!!!
